8. Returns and Exchanges

8.1. Defective goods are repaired, replaced, or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the current Retail Trade Rules. Money for returned goods is only transferred to the payer's bank account.
8.2. To return an item, the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery by informing the Seller via the contact section, providing the product name, order number, and reason for return.
8.3. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The item must be in its original, orderly packaging;
8.3.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The item must be unused and have its commercial appearance preserved (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.);
8.3.4. The item must be in the same configuration as received;
8.3.5. A proof of purchase must be provided.
8.4. The Seller has the right to refuse returns if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedures set out in Article 8.3.
8.5. If the wrong item or a defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and replace them with suitable analogous products.
8.6. If the Seller does not have suitable replacement goods, the amount paid shall be refunded to the Buyer (excluding delivery costs, unless provided otherwise by law).
