Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, establishing the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller upon the purchase of goods by the Buyer in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The Buyer shall be informed on the online store's website. The Rules in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the Buyer's purchases in the online store.
1.3. The following have the right to purchase in the online store:
1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. minors between 14 and 18 years of age, only with the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their own income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the aforementioned persons.
1.4. By confirming the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that, based on Clause
1.3 of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping basket in the online store, specified the delivery address, selected a payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Seller's rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see Clause 5, "Ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, terms").
1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer may order goods in the online store:
2.1.1. by registering in this online store – by entering the data requested in the registration;
2.1.2. without registering in this online store.
2.2. When ordering goods by the methods provided for in Clause 2.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must provide the personal data necessary for the proper fulfillment of the order in the corresponding information fields provided by the Seller: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in Clause 2.2 shall be processed for the purposes of the sale of goods and services in the online store, the analysis of the Seller's performance, and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of the Buyer's personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller's online store, the Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order be sent to the email address and telephone number provided by the Buyer.
2.5. By registering in the online store and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to protect and not disclose their login credentials to anyone.3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and other information sections of this online store.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, specifying the item to be returned and the order number) no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery, unless withdrawal is not permitted by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. The right provided in Clause 3.2 can only be exercised if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not substantially changed, and they have not been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. If the data in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login details to third parties.
3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services of the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access immediately and without notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding their personal information.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address provided by the Buyer.5. Ordering, Prices, Payment Procedure, and Terms
5.1. The Buyer can make purchases 24/7.
5.2. The contract becomes effective once the Seller confirms the order.
5.3. Product prices in the store and in the order are indicated in Euros, including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer pays via e-banking or bank transfer.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Order processing and delivery time calculation begin only upon receipt of payment.6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer, having selected the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to provide the exact delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall have no right to claim against the Seller for delivery to an incorrect recipient.
6.3. The goods shall be delivered by the Seller or an authorized representative (courier).
6.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. These terms are preliminary and do not apply if the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed of the shortage. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to coordinate delivery conditions.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery terms if the goods are not delivered or delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the Seller's control. 6.6. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged or otherwise compromised packaging, or if the shipment contains unordered items, incorrect quantities, or incomplete product sets.
6.7. If packaging damage is observed during delivery, the Buyer must record comments in the courier's delivery document or draw up a separate damage report. This must be done in the presence of the courier. Failure to perform these actions shall release the Seller from liability for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage not noted in the courier’s delivery document.7. Product Quality and Guarantees
7.1. Characteristics of each item sold in the online store are specified in the product description.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible if the colors, shapes, or other parameters of the goods in the online store do not perfectly match the actual characteristics due to the features of the Buyer's monitor.
7.3. The Seller provides a quality guarantee for certain types of goods for a specific period, the terms of which are specified in the product descriptions.
7.4. If no specific quality guarantee is provided by the Seller, the statutory guarantee provided by relevant legal acts shall apply.8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Defects in sold goods shall be eliminated, and faulty goods shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules. In all cases, refunds for returned goods shall be transferred only to the payer's bank account.
8.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the goods, by informing the Seller via the contact methods specified in the "Contacts" section.
8.3. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
8.3.1. The returned item must be in its original, orderly packaging;
8.3.2. The item must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The item must be unused and have retained its merchantable appearance (intact labels, unpeeled protective films, etc.) (this clause does not apply when returning faulty goods);
8.3.4. The returned item must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
8.3.5. A proof of purchase must be provided upon return.
8.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer fails to comply with the return procedure established in Clause 8.3.
8.5. In the event of a return due to the delivery of the wrong item and/or a faulty product, the Seller undertakes to collect such items and replace them with analogous suitable products.
8.6. In cases where the Seller does not have suitable products for replacement, the paid amount for the item, including delivery costs, shall be refunded to the Buyer.
9. Liability of the Buyer and the Seller
9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for the resulting consequences and shall acquire the right to claim compensation for direct losses incurred from the Buyer.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed while using this online store.
9.3. A registered Buyer is responsible for the transfer of their login data to third parties. If the services provided by the online store are used by a third party who has logged in using the Buyer's login data, the Seller shall treat this person as the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is released from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, failed to familiarize themselves with these Rules, even though such an opportunity was provided.
9.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein, does not maintain or control those websites, and does not represent those companies or individuals.
9.6. In the event of damage, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for direct losses.10. Marketing and Information
10.1. The Seller may, at its own discretion, initiate various promotions in the online store.
10.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without a separate notice, change the terms of the promotions or cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and procedures of promotions is valid only prospectively, i.e., from the moment of its implementation.
10.3. The Seller shall send all notifications to the contact details provided in the Buyer's registration form.
10.4. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the telephone numbers and email addresses indicated in the "Contacts" section of the online store.
10.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent informational or confirming messages due to disruptions in the internet connection or the networks of email service providers.11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Purchase and Sale Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
